REGISTRATION FOR LEAP TESTING
Parents of home study or nonpublic school students requesting to take the Spring 2024 LEAP 2025 assessments should complete the form below and return it to the school in which attendance zone they reside. If parents are unsure of the school district in which they reside, they may search their address at https://edulog.apsb.org/liveweb/webquery/ to determine their school.
Ascension Public Schools will administer the Spring 2024 LEAP 2025 assessments for grades 3-8 during the dates below:
· Grade 3rd (paper-based testing): April 17-19 (ELA and Math) and April 22-
24(Science and Social Studies)
· Grade 4-8 (computer-based testing): April 17-19(ELA and Math) and April 22-24 (Science and Social Studies)
High School Testing –Contact School for Details
· Dates for Seniors will be set by the high school
· Dates for 8th-grade students taking high school course LEAP 2025 assessments will be set by the middle school.
