Today, the Louisiana Department of Education released District and School Performance Scores, and I am thrilled to share some incredible news that fills us with immense pride. Ascension Public Schools has reached a momentous achievement, solidifying its position as the largest district in Louisiana to earn an "A" rating! Our District Performance Score has soared to an impressive 93.7, marking a significant advancement from the already commendable 92 we attained last year. This score is comprised of a variety of measures including performance on state assessments, a growth index, graduation rates, and program offerings.
