Ascension Public Schools is proud to announce three district leadership appointments: Jada Flurry as Supervisor of Human Resources, Treg Keller as Supervisor of Information Systems and Technology, and Michelle Mullins as Instructional Supervisor.
Ascension Public Schools retained the top ranking of districts in the state for the percentage of students in grades 3-12 who achieved mastery and advanced levels on state tests, with 53% of students meeting these high standards. This was highlighted in today's data release of LEAP testing results for the 2024-25 school year by the Louisiana Department of Education.

Tonight, the Ascension Parish School Board voted to appoint Brent Gautreau as the Interim School Board Member for District 2. Gautreau will be sworn in on July 1, 2025, and will serve on the School Board until a special election for the position is held on October 11, 2025.
