Student Records
STUDENT RECORDS REQUESTS (TRANSCRIPTS)
Those wishing to obtain electronic or hard copies of student records, must contact the last school in which enrolled. School contact information can be found at the school's homepage.
Please note, there are strict limitations on who is allowed access to student records.
HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPTS
Current Students:

Transcript Requests - ALL transcripts for current students are FREE if requested at school. Please go to the Student Services Office to complete a request or email your counselor. If you request your transcript through the Parchment site, you will be charged a $5.00 fee.
Please note that LOSFA receives transcripts from the State Transcript System and does not accept transcripts from Parchment.
Alumni or Former Students:

All transcript requests must be done via Parchment.
