Paraprofessional Tuition Reimbursement

• The paraprofessional tuition reimbursement program will be for expenses incurred after January 1, 2026 to qualify for reimbursement. 
• Applicants must be paraprofessionals who are employed at the time of enrollment in the course and when submitting for reimbursement will be reimbursed.
• Applicants must attend a regionally accredited university.

• Applicants may apply for tuition reimbursement up to $1,500 per semester (Spring, Summer, and Fall). 
• Only the monthly cost of enrollment with Reach University will be reimbursed to paraprofessionals enrolled in Reach.  
• Only course work directly related to teacher certification or a Bachelor's Degree leading directly to teacher certification will be reimbursed. 
• Reimbursement will be declined for courses if the grade earned is less than a “C”. This includes "D," "F," "I," "W," dropped, and incomplete courses.  
• Fees are not reimbursable under this program. All fees, textbooks, and any other expenses will not be reimbursed.
• Paraprofessionals are responsible for turning in receipts and other documentation to parareimbursement@apsb.org by district deadlines.

• Complete the Paraprofessional Reimbursement Application form.
• Send your application, receipts from your college/university, and a copy of your transcript or grade(s) for classes you are seeking reimbursement to parareimbursement@apsb.org.
