New Employees

You can make changes through the employee service portal. Please find the instructions to change your address here. 

Marriage Certificate/ divorce decree, drivers license, social security card

To update your state taxes please complete the state L4 form and send it to human.resources@apsb.org. 

To update your federal taxes please complete the federal W4 form and send it to human.resources@apsb.org.

We input the information listed on the W4 and the L4 forms.  We recommend speaking to a tax prepared as they can give you more information as to why your taxes are not being withheld.
